I've Taken Up My FORMER Tenant's Offer to Write a GOOD GOOGLE Review on my Services!

What a very nice offer.  She is referring to the Google reviews for my firm from rental contacts who I  PRE-screened for my properties.  These are reviews that actually show my CAUTION with putting tenants into my clients' homes and they have actually gotten me OWNER/clients who appreciate my thoroughness with screening my residents.

Thanks for the kind words about the way we maintained the property.  We received our deposit check yesterday.
 
Am writing to offer to write either a testimonial or, if you prefer, some positive comments about you and our experiences on the internet as a counterbalance to all the all too human reaction of reporting all that's bad, but never saying anything good.
 
Ray and I found that working with you was a pleasure; that you were responsive to our needs and your manner was extremely professional and thorough.  So, we're happy to share that information.
