Chrissy Wallace, daughter of Mike Wallace and niece of Cup Champion/ESPN announcer Rusty Wallace, will run in the Daytona Nationwide race with her dad in the field, her cousin, Steven Wallace (Rusty's son) AND her uncle, Kenny Wallace. NASCAR records this as the first 4 family members in the same field. Rusty Wallace will be in the ESPN booth.

4 people starting a NASCAR race need to be PREPPED on what to say....It is ONLY Gentlemen start your engines WHEN there are no FEMALES in the race. The Nationwide race today has FEMALES in the race, so the correct START command is DRIVERS START YOUR ENGINES!!

Tomorrow....the CUP broadcasters will be in the booth so Darrell Waltrip will say "Boogity, Boogity, Boogity, let's go racin' boys" which is OK because there are no females in CUP races YET * Larry McReynolds will say...pull those belts down tight ONE MORE TIME....as a reminder of the safety involved in the drivers' lives.
