I concur!  I love seeing the side view mirror & the window frame of the car around agent's photos... How lazy is that!?

I love those listing photos. Why? Because they are not my listings. They are good examples of what a seller might get with the highest value (beat 'em down later), lowest commission to be paid (cut rate) agent. Bless them all.

The middle one was taken IN THE SNOW!!!

Don * I take photos from my car if there is too much sun and shadows but I don't get the mirror...

Wallace,

We take a ton of good pictures to showcase the houses.  Why list one if you aren't going to do this?

Also, we always have them trim the bushes - much lower on the window than picture 3!  Good lighting is critical.

All the best, Michelle

These photos are a great example why so many people have a poor opinion of real estate agents.  Unfortunately, I have seen poor photos from many agents who were full-time, high commission and well known.  And the public thinks that we all just don't dare.

Gary * agreed * many agents are just too lazy to come back on a sunny day and take a good one.

I have stopped taking any photos myself. I know enough to know what I don't know about photography! For the money sellers pay us, we owe them professional photos!
