NASCAR Season has Started * Make your OWN NASCAR Screen Saver

Several years ago, I wanted a NASCAR screen saver for my office computer and I could only find lame FREE ones or expensive ones with few photos....so I decided to make my own.  My desktop photo at the time was AF1 leaving Daytona the year JR won the 500 that I downloaded from the SI website....I have have some "staple" photos like #3 show car and the 3-fingers in the air at Daytona, the CHASE cup and Victory Junction Gang Camp logo and I take out the last years photos (2009) and I'll add photos from Speed Weeks and the 500.....I don't get them from NASCAR.com; however, there are other sites that allow copy/paste into my NASCAR photo file which is linked to my screen saver from my Control Panel....

When did Daytona change from how quick can you go 500 miles to how long can you extend a broadcast? Fine with me though. I got to show property into the aftrnoon, write an offer, and still make it home to watch most of the race.

Sorry no.....I flew to Florida and was headed up the coast out of Palm Beach and saw the sign 195 miles to Daytona Beach * very tempting; however, I needed to go teach a property management class!!

I was raised in Greenville, SC * home of Fireball Roberts * local racing was everywhere and the Greenville-Pickins racetrack is still around
