Why do you think that there are so few rental properties available in Mr. Jeffersons back yard?

Wallace....there are fewer rentals here also.....some never hit the open market....there is a big demand because of the foreclosures and people having to sell and scale down....they want to exhale after selling and rent for a year or so until they determine exactly what they can or can't afford to buy....and landlords are VERY, VERY concerned about credit rating....I have seen low 700's scores declined.
