Is EVERYBODY in Chicago * Obama * Oprah * Rezko * SO VERY WEALTHY that they can turn down a $1.7M sale for their property? Apparently * because HUD is investigating the complaint of Comedian George Willborn and his wife for the home sellers refusing to sign their purchase agreement.
Is it just me or is the world off its axis?

Wallace, I've always taught my "At Home With Diversity" classes there's no price category that's exempt from fair housing laws.
I was an instructor for that course * I'd NEVER thought a $1.7m home would be the property in question
Wallace, People can act stupid at any price!
I can't imagine a real estate agent thinking this would be a good idea... OK, maybe a flat fee lister might not care about the commission... but dang.
I don't see HOW the agent is involved * except for insurance and PR * since the seller would not sign the contract.
