NYC CNN Studio has BED BUGS!!!

Whoever thought that bed bugs would be an issue for a Human Resources department?  My question, having put on my landlord hat, is what do the landlords of the CNN staffers do to keep the critters at CNN and not brought HOME to the landlord's rented property?

Now I heard that bedbugs were coming from New York City!  I've been hesitant to visit my frineds there.
