Property Managers * How do you "thank" your current residents for CLIENT Referrals?

For the third time in three months, I have gotten a NEW client property referral from a current Tenant.  YEOW!

I am totally blown away and while my Google "reviews" do not show the "love" for me or my services, I take these referrals as EXTREME compliments.

The e-mail inquiry that came in last night was from the same tenant who gave me my first client referral of the year and I have just worked with them to remain in their current townhome for another year because of an UNexpected opportunity for him to continue and upgrade his current job.

I provided an OutBack gift card in one of my Very Bradley note cards to the residents who referred a DYNOMITE property to me last week and I need to do something very nice to these current residents.

These extra special residents have just had a second baby that was premature and they are very busy with their current child and hospital visits.  I'm thinking I might have to do a Whole Foods gift card so they can get GREAT take-out food for their meal times which I suspect are few and far between with their busy schedules.

Gift cards are always appreciated by everyone. A client gave me card for OutBack last year.

Love the avenue of your referrals.  One of my most unique was from my lawn care guy.  He told his folks they MUST call me.  They did, and we have a great house we lease & manage for them.

We give dicounts off there rents I wonder if a gift card would be better any thoughts Wallace.

Taking care of tenants is my number one priority so they give great reviews and referrals. I picked up an investor last month same situation.
