It's WAAAAY Too Early in the Rental Season to Get THIS Frustrated!

I already have a vew rental homes posted on my web site for occupancy this summer where I know that the residents will be leaving....and ALREADY rental prospects are getting frustrated with the VERY SLIM choices they have.

While I will certainly have more rental homes available after I send out my February rental increases, that will place my increase in inventory directly in line with the new "matches" to the UVa Medical School who need to secure their rental housing for move-in the last week of June.

So when rental prospects who really want a house are not willing to secure it ASAP and want me to hold it for them to view in 3 or 4 weeks when they have time to come into town, they are frustrated when I say...it may be GONE!

...it may be GONE and there may not be that many for them to view in a month when they want to secure their new rental home.

They may have to select from large townhouses with no yards or garages OR a rental home not in the school district they may desire....WAITING may only make their FRUSTRATION GREATER!

So true Wallace, but dealing with a PM like you I am sure many of them can rent sights unseen just with quality pictures and floor plan from you if they must.

It just goes to show you that most people believe they can afford to wait.
